Pratibha Gupta

Pratibha Gupta currently serves as Lead Counsel for Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at Tata Teleservices Ltd since April 2016. With a diverse legal career, Pratibha has held positions such as Independent Counsel at their own law firm and Head of Legal for VIOM Networks. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Counsel at Evalueserve, Research Fellow at the World Bank/Case Western Reserve University, and Manager of Legal at Sumpraxis BPO Services Pvt. Ltd. Pratibha has extensive experience practicing law in various courts in India, including the Supreme Court. Academically, Pratibha holds an LLM in US & Global Legal Studies from Case Western Reserve University, along with multiple degrees and diplomas in law and related fields.
