Mukul Sood

Mukul Sood is currently the Head of Assessment & Impact Measurement at Tata Trusts, specializing in the digital measurement and evaluation of philanthropic projects in areas such as Healthcare, Nutrition, Education, and more since September 2018. Prior to this role, Mukul held various positions at Tata Teleservices Ltd. from April 2004 to August 2018, including VP of Business IT, focusing on enhancing customer experience and service delivery, as well as VP of SaaS, where responsibilities included P&L ownership for cloud-based services. Mukul also has experience as GM of Content at Tata Teleservices and as a Manager at HSBC and ANZ Grindlays Bank, where diverse roles in credit, risk management, and consumer banking were undertaken. Mukul holds a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BA Hons in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
