Serena Maxwell

Serena Maxwell has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development, specifically focused on skincare products. Serena began their career as a Research and Development Intern at Ariel Laboratories in 2011. Serena then worked as an Experimental Applications Chemist at Givaudan from March 2013 to March 2014. Serena moved on to Avon in March 2014, where they held the role of R&D Chemist in the Technical Services Organization until January 2016. Since February 2016, Serena has been working at Tata Harper Skincare, where they started as an R&D Chemist and has progressed to Senior R&D Chemist and finally, Director of Research Development.

Serena Maxwell obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Florida State University between 2005 and 2010. Their education journey continued as they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cosmetic Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2011 to 2013.
