LeAnne Arnold began their work experience as an Instructor of English at Northwestern State University in 2015. LeAnne then worked as an Elementary School Librarian at St. Genevieve Catholic School from November 2017 to April 2018. LeAnne Arnold also gained experience as a Metadata Synchronizer Intern at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2018 to October 2018. LeAnne further worked as a Special Collections/Digital Collections Archives Intern at Pepperdine University from January 2019 to April 2019 and as a Volunteer Research Library Intern at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County from June 2019 to October 2019. In 2018, LeAnne Arnold joined Cast & Crew Entertainment Services as a Cybrarian and held the position until January 2020. LeAnne then worked as a Digital Librarian at Lightstorm Entertainment from January 2020 to March 2022, where they were responsible for digital asset management for the Avatar franchise. Currently, LeAnne Arnold is working as a Creative Asset Manager at TATCHA, where they are leading the organization, cataloging, and preservation of the company's digital assets.

LeAnne Arnold pursued their higher education in a chronological manner. Starting in 2007, they attended Louisiana State University-Alexandria in Alexandria, LA, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. LeAnne then went on to Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA from 2013 to 2014, earning a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Finally, in 2018, LeAnne enrolled at the University of Southern California, where they completed a Master of Management degree in Library and Information Science in 2019.
