Brian Ross

Brian Ross has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian began their career in 1993 in the United States Air Force, starting as an Outpatient Records Clerk and later serving in roles such as Admissions & Dispositions Clerk, Aeromedical Evacuation Clerk, and Health Information Systems Technician. In 2008, Brian transitioned from the military and worked as a Personnel & Admin Services Superintendent and TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration Superintendent in the United States Air Force. During this time, they managed various departments and provided support to senior leadership. Brian also worked as a Network Support Specialist, Help Desk Specialist, and Desktop Support Technician at different companies, where they handled hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration. In 2019, they joined T and T Consulting Services, Inc. as a Program Manager. Overall, Brian has demonstrated their expertise in IT support and administration, as well as their ability to effectively manage teams and provide technical and administrative support.

Brian Ross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from TUI University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In the same year, 2006, they also obtained an Associate degree in Healthcare Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

In terms of additional certifications, Brian earned a Healthcare IT Technician certification from CompTIA in February 2017. Brian also obtained a CompTIA A+ CE certification and a CompTIA Security+ CE certification in March 2015. Furthermore, Brian obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2020.
