Jianhui (Carmelo) Gong

Jianhui (Carmelo) Gong has worked for two companies over the past seven years. From 2016 to present, Gong has been employed at T and T Consulting Services, Inc. in the roles of Accounting Manager, Data Analyst, and Pricing and Proposal Support. In this role, Gong has been responsible for analyzing and preparing bid pricing documentation, creating workflows and building online web application forms using SharePoint, and developing and executing test files to identify defects and improve file synchronization performance. Prior to this, Gong was employed at UMass Boston from 2013-2016 as a Statistics Tutor. In this role, Gong built predictive models using Excel, recommended process improvement strategies, and mentored students in improving their critical thinking and problem solving strategies.

Jianhui (Carmelo) Gong received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management with a concentration in Finance and Information Systems from UMass Boston in 2015.
