Richard Cardenas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business development within the federal contracting sector. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at T and T Consulting Services, Inc. since June 2023, Richard has previously held the role of Managing Director at DMCA Inc. from January 2006 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations for construction renovations targeted at medical and research facilities for the Department of Defense. Richard's project management expertise encompasses overseeing a diverse range of construction projects, handling change management, budgeting, purchasing, submittals, and quality control. Richard holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and History, both from The University of Texas at Dallas.
