Carlos Gutierrez currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Saputo Inc., a position held since June 2024. Carlos began professional career experiences as an Industrial Engineer at Micron Industries Corporation and as a Structural Aircraft Mechanic in the US Navy. Carlos holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
