Jim Hauser

Jim Hauser is a Quality Assurance Manager at Tate & Lyle. With a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Jim has extensive experience in QA methods, managing plant quality departments, and implementing quality systems for continuous improvement. Jim has a proficiency in SAP and is skilled in interacting with all levels of management. Prior to Tate & Lyle, Jim worked as an Analytical Chemist at Stepan Company and as an R&D Chemist at Brunswick Laboratories. Jim's responsibilities include managing production run packages, coordinating plant personnel, and performing specialized quality testing. Jim is also responsible for training personnel in cGMP, HACCP, and Food Safety at manufacturing sites.
