Stephen Howe

Stephen Howe is currently the VP of Financial Planning, Performance and Delivery at Convatec since December 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held various finance-related positions at Tate & Lyle from March 2012 to present, including VP Finance, M&A, VP of FP&A, Finance Director for Global Functions and Group FP&A, Finance Director for Innovation and Commercial Development & Corporate Functions, and Global Head of FP&A for SFI. Before joining Tate & Lyle, Stephen worked at Diageo from June 2000 to March 2012, where Stephen held roles such as Africa Financial Controller, Head of Supply Finance for Africa, Investor Relations Director, Head of Decision Support, Decision Support Manager, Global Business Support Partner, Process Design Analyst for Finance Change Project, Group Analysis Manager, and Finance Analyst.
