Thaiz Crepaldi

Thaiz Crepaldi has extensive experience in branding, design, and organizational culture, currently serving as Gerente de Contas at Tátil Design, where management of international branding and design projects for global clients such as Danone and AMBEV is a key responsibility. As a freelance professor at Escola Conquer, Thaiz develops content and teaches courses on Management and Leadership. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture at Data Machina, focusing on organizational culture and management, and Founder & Consultant at AvanSer Transformação Cultural, specializing in organizational development and employee experience. Thaiz has a diverse background in communication management from Procter & Gamble, where significant contributions to brand management and corporate reputation in Latin America were made over a decade. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Organizational Communication, a Strategy Camp certification from Miami Ad School Brasil, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
