Tracy Newman

Tracy Newman is currently serving as the Executive Director People and Culture at Minderoo Foundation and Tattarang. Prior to their current roles, Tracy held various positions at Activ Foundation, including Executive Manager People and Quality, Head of Organisational Capability, and Senior HR Business Partner. Tracy also has experience at Mondelēz International as the Head of Talent & Organisational Effectiveness and Head of Human Resources, as well as at Cadbury plc. as the National Sales Manager and National Business Manager. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Deakin University.
