Alberto Ramirez-Garcia, Ph.D., P.E. is currently a Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager at Tatum Smith Welcher Engineers, Inc. Alberto previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where Alberto conducted investigations and testing on prestressed concrete members. Alberto holds a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
