Amy Pessefall (Sand)

Amy Pessefall (Sand) has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Amy began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Urban Design Group in 2001, where they worked until 2003. Amy then moved on to NSA Media as a Human Resources Generalist from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Dukane Precast Inc. as a Human Resources Director, and later became the Vice President of Human Resources from 2010 to 2011. Since 2011, Amy has been working at Taubensee Steel & Wire Company, where they initially served as the Director of Human Resources & Safety until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of People Wellness.
