Michele Walton

As Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Michele is responsible for all legal affairs and functions and serves as a member of the Operating Committee. She joined Taubman in 2011, and since that time has also held the roles of Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Vice President, Senior Counsel and Director of Lease Compliance.

Prior to Taubman, Michele was an attorney with Jacob & Weingarten and a partner at Reed Smith LLP. She has a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a bachelor's degree in political science from Michigan State University.
