Mary McIntyre

Mary McIntyre is an experienced professional in customer success management and communications with a focus on financial technology and sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager at Taulia since March 2019, Mary has held multiple leadership roles within the company, enhancing trading relationships and streamlining supply chain processes. Prior to Taulia, Mary worked as a freelance writer and marketing contractor for 9th Gear and contributed to CATALYST Magazine. Mary also led the Utah Recycling Alliance as Executive Director, significantly expanding community programs and partnerships. Earlier roles include Director of Sustainability at Rowland Hall-St. Mark's School and various positions in electronic commerce and financial services. Mary holds a Master's degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University, with additional studies in Japanese at Sophia University.
