Matt North is an experienced professional in customer success and client services with a career spanning over two decades. At XR Extreme Reach since February 2014, Matt has held the roles of Customer Success Manager and Video Accounts Manager, focusing on maintaining exceptional service for clients. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at DG, where Matt served as Manager of Client Services, overseeing a team responsible for nationwide and international advertising distribution, and as a Client Manager, ensuring the fulfillment of broadcast media requirements. Matt's earlier experience as a Freelance Audio Engineer at WXRT-FM/WSCR-AM involved editing radio commercials and coordinating on-air content during major broadcasts. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast & Cinematic Arts with a minor in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
