Sarah Holmes

Sarah Holmes currently serves as a Corporate Planner for Tauranga City Council and as a District Councillor for Hauraki District Council. In addition, Sarah works as Editor for Waikino Whisper, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Sarah held roles as a Strategic Planner at Hauraki District Council from May 2015 to July 2022 and as Operations Manager at Waihi Health Centre from May 2013 to May 2015. Early experiences include a combination of strategic planning, internal communications, and technical support at Hauraki District Council from January 2008 to September 2011. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Auckland between 2004 and 2009.
