Agata Parzych

Agata Parzych has extensive experience in customer experience and marketing management, currently serving as Sponsoring and Promotion Manager at Grupa TAURON since November 2018. Agata previously held the position of Marketing Manager and Customer Experience Manager at Grupa TAURON from 2016 to 2018, focusing on strategies for over 5 million customers. Prior to that, Agata was Head of Customer Service at TAURON Obsluga Klienta Sp. z o.o., managing a team of 80 employees and providing services to 1 million customers. Agata's career began at Vattenfall as a Customer Advocate, where crucial relationships were established with regulatory bodies. Agata also worked as PR-Manager Assistant to the President of the Board at Mercedes-Benz Polska, handling public relations strategies and communications. Agata holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Postgraduate Degree in Public Relations from the University of Warsaw.
