Jostijn van der Velde

Jostijn van der Velde is a Project Engineer at Tauw Nederland, specializing in chemical soil quality with a focus on remediation, heavy metals, and persistent organic pollutants since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jostijn completed an internship on the SoSEAL project in April 2019, contributing to research on bio-engineering technology for dyke reinforcement in the Netherlands. Jostijn holds a Master of Science in Soil Chemistry and Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, both from Wageningen University & Research, obtained in 2019 and 2016, respectively.
