Clint Beaty

Clint Beaty has a diverse and extensive work experience. Clint is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Tavistock Development Company, where they lead a team responsible for the development of the Sunbridge community in Central Florida. Clint oversees various aspects of the project, including planning, development, sales, and leasing. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President at Tavistock Group, where they played a key role in the restructuring and subsequent growth of a private company investment. During their time at CNL Financial Group, Clint served as Senior Vice President and assisted the General Counsel in resolving legal matters and managing asset acquisitions. Clint also held the position of Vice President and Senior Vice President at CNL Restaurant Properties, where they managed multiple venture capital funds and led the restructuring of restaurant leases and mortgages. Clint has also gained experience in nonprofit organizations, as the Director of Development and Finance at Give Kids The World. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Capital Management Corporation and co-founded Capital Cargo Ltd., where they dealt with real estate assets and air cargo operations. Clint began their career as an Analyst and Co-Manager at Pillar Bryton Partners and worked as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young. Clint Beaty earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Clint later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, attending from 1985 to 1986.
