We’re seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Operations Leader to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and optimizing GTM business strategies to propel our company forward. Your Mission
 🚀
  • Lead the development of pricing and packaging strategies for both existing and new product lines to maximize profitability and market penetration
  • Conduct comprehensive market research utilizing both existing data and self lead research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Create and deliver in-depth board decks that effectively communicate strategic insights, performance metrics, and future plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Technical Product and Engineering teams to align strategy with execution and drive operational excellence
  • Spearhead various special projects, from market studies to product experiments, creating an environment for strategic exploration and adaptation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic role, preferably within a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Proven early stage start up experience working on GTM and business strategy with an emphasis on “bring to market knowledge”
  • Proven track record of challenging the status quo and driving impactful change
  • Experience working closely with technical product and engineering teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong background in leading pricing and packaging market research initiatives within a startup setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to VIP clients and diverse stakeholders post-sale
Additionally, having some of the following experiences may help you be successful in this position:
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Previous experience in building and delivering board decks to executive stakeholders.
  • Prior employment at an AI company, demonstrating a familiarity with cutting-edge technology and innovation

Please note that this position is a hybrid in San Francisco and we offer relocation. However, we are open to this position sitting in New York as well. 


Salary range

$140,000$200,000 USD
