JaJa Pastoriza has a diverse work experience. From 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at tawk.to. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they were a Lease Marketing Officer at DSG Sons Group, Inc. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Store Manager at Vogue Concepts, where they were responsible for store management, sales monitoring, and reporting. Before that, from 2012 to 2014, they held the role of Mindanao Account Officer at Mirof Consulting Inc., where they implemented HR initiatives and managed employee relations and account management. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Department Head at Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., and from 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant at SixEleven Global Solutions.

JaJa Pastoriza attended Ateneo de Davao University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management.
