Amber Risucci has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Specialist role at Trader Joe's in 2004. In 2011, they became the Chair of Parent Council at Sunridge Charter School, and also started working as an Instructor at Lifeways North America. In 2016, they began working as a Community Outreach Specialist at 421 Group and a Co-Active Coach at Holding Space Project. In 2017, they were hired as a Hiring Manager at Constance Therapeutics. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Garden Society. In 2019, they were appointed as METRC Compliance and Operations at Mercy Wellness. In 2020, they assumed the role of Director of Operations and Compliance at Sonoma Pacific Distribution, as well as Client Services Representative at Tawkify, where they sell high-end lifestyle services to warm and cold call leads, builds strong rapport and relationships with potential clients, and receives payments and renews packages through customer success.

Amber Risucci obtained an Associate of Arts - AA in Early Childhood Education from Santa Monica College between 1998 and 2000. Amber then attended UCLA Extension in 1999 and 2000, studying Early Childhood Education. In 2011, they received a LifeWays Early Childhood Certification from Lifeways North America. In 2015, they obtained a Labor Doula Certification from Cornerstone Doula Trainings, as well as a Co-Active Coach™ Training Program Certification from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In August 2004, they received an Officiant/Celebrant certification from the Universal Life Church.
