Joel Ficks

Joel Ficks has held a number of high-level positions in the finance and business sectors. Joel began their career in 1999 at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Accountant and Emerging Business Consultant. In 2000, they moved to Dole Packaged Foods, LLC, where they served as Manager of FP&A and Corporate Strategy for three years. Joel then joined Link Media, Inc. as CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Director, eventually becoming CEO. In 2011, Ficks moved to Cherrystone Partners, where they were a vCFO and Managing Partner. In 2015, they joined ICIX as CFO and Board Director, overseeing the M&A sale from venture investors to a PE firm. Most recently, in 2020, Ficks has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Tawkify, a high-growth, high-touch relationship wellness company and consumer marketplace, and CFO / Strategic Consultant for tech start-ups.

Joel Ficks holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
