Vidyasagar Patil

Vidyasagar Patil has been working in the professional world since 2004. Vidyasagar started their career as an Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (IRS) at the Indian Revenue Service - Income Tax. Vidyasagar then progressed to become a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax (IRS), followed by a Joint Commissioner of Income Tax (IRS), and eventually an Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (IRS). In 2020, they co-founded Finbingo.com, CtrlN Production Pvt Ltd, and Tax Buddy India.

Vidyasagar Patil has a diverse educational history. In 1993, they earned a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Shivaji University. In 2004, they completed the IRS Induction Course from the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur, which focused on Direct Tax Law, Income Tax, and Corporate Tax. In 2018, they completed a Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, as well as a Mid Career Training Programme from IBFD Amsterdam, Netherlands, which focused on International Taxation, Tax Treaties, Transfer Pricing, Tax Investigation, and Offshore Tax Strategy. In 2019, they obtained a CFA Level II from the CFA Institute. In 2018, they obtained a CFA Level I from the CFA Institute. In 2021, they began a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. In 2022, they completed a Berkeley and Nanyang Advanced Management Program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, as well as a Tsinghua-Nanyang Senior Executive Management Program from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. In 2022, they also obtained a CFA Level III from the CFA Institute.
