Jake Etheridge

Jake Etheridge is a Lead UX Designer at TaxAct with extensive experience in user experience design, highlighted by conducting over 150 user interviews and revising complex user flows to enhance usability. Etheridge has a strong background in research, having synthesized data from over 100 users into reports for executive leadership, and has effectively taught Design Thinking to cross-functional teams. Previous roles include UX Design Consultant at KOALA, where persona creation and heuristic analysis were performed, as well as participation in General Assembly's UX Design Immersive program. Earlier experience includes various positions in the church and food service industries, where team management and content creation were key responsibilities.
