Austen Jones, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Tax Analyst at TaxBit since August 2023. Previously, Austen held the position of SALT Senior Associate at Eide Bailly LLP, focusing on state and local income and sales tax matters, providing detailed technical research and analysis. Prior to that, Austen worked as Tax Associate II at LegalZoom, offering client consultations and preparing tax returns for various entities. Austen’s experience includes positions at Coulson & Associates as a Certified Public Accountant, KPMG US as a Tax Associate managing complex tax returns, Tidwell & Associates as a Staff Accountant, and served as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Air Force.
