Shawn Fateh

Shawn Fateh is a Partner and Co-Founder at Pacific Red Holdings, an entrepreneurial investment firm aimed at scaling businesses within the lower middle market. Additionally, Shawn serves as an advisor for various companies, including Tucker's Farm and Rhythm Holdings, focusing on M&A strategies and media acquisitions. Prior to these roles, Shawn was the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Taxbit following its acquisition of Tactic. Experience also includes significant positions at prestigious law firms such as Cooley LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where advice centered on M&A and private equity financings. Shawn holds a JD/MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and Fordham University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, and is a graduate of Harvard-Westlake School.
