Natalia Zorba

Natalia Zorba has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they worked at TaxDome as a Client Education Manager, where they created the TaxDome Academy platform for CPAs, bookkeepers, and accounting firms. Before that, they were a Customer Success Lead and L2 Product Expert at CreatorIQ, where they supported clients, provided training sessions, and analyzed support usage and product stability. Natalia also worked as a Customer Success Manager and Content Lead at ROI4CIO, a Public Relations Manager at Aadreezz Cine Media, and a Project Manager at Euroindex. Natalia started their career as a Project Manager at Romir and then worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at Prominvestbank. Throughout their career, Natalia has gained experience in client success, education, support, public relations, project management, and finance.

Natalia Zorba holds a Master's degree in Sociology, which they earned from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in the year 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same university, completing it in the year 2010. Natalia is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Student (PhD) designation in Sociology at National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, although there is no specified start or end year for this program.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Natalia Zorba has also obtained a certification as a Registered Scrum Master from Scrum Inc. in May 2022.
