Ayelen Chavez

Ayelen Chavez is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Taxfix, where responsibilities include leading the Tax Filing group and defining the engineering strategy for AI-powered tax solutions. Previously, Ayelen held the position of Head of Engineering at OLX Group, managing a team of over 60 professionals and driving growth initiatives across multiple countries and brands. Early career experiences include roles as Engineering Manager and Mobile Engineering Manager, as well as senior Android development positions at 1aim, Blue Trail Software, and Creativa 77, focusing on innovative application development. Ayelen holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, with a specialization in Android Security.
