Karen de Silva

Karen De Silva has over 14 years of work experience in various HR and recruitment roles. Most recently, they worked at Taxfix as a Team Lead- Talent Operations, managing talent acquisition operations. Before that, they were a Senior Talent Acquisitions Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to Taxfix, Karen worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Trade Republic and N26. Karen also has experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Omio, where they focused on recruitment coordination and diversity advocacy. Earlier in their career, Karen held roles such as Human Resources Officer/Project Manager at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, Front Office Team Leader at Epworth HealthCare, and Recruitment Consultant/Compliance Officer at Skilled Medical. Karen also worked at Epworth HealthCare and National Australia Bank in administrative and collections roles, respectively.

Karen De Silva attended Deakin University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Photography. Their studies focused on Contemporary Arts.
