Jesse Nichols has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Senior UX Designer at Happy Ninja Design, where they focused on creating responsive web pages and improving user experience through various techniques such as analytics review, user interviews, and surveys.
In 2011, Jesse joined Apple as a Family Room Specialist, where they provided customer service and support. Jesse then moved on to work as a Web Developer at Ocozzio in 2013, where they designed and updated web pages using modern UI and accessible design principles.
