Kristina Horváth has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Kristina worked as an Event Assistant at Marschall Produkciós Iroda in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Main Info personnel at Sziget Festival and then as a Club Attendant and Training Coordinator at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™).

From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin as a Trainee and at BT - Global Services as an Operational CI Coach and OVR Manager.

Kristina Horváth completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality at Budapest Business School from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended SEK Budapest International School from 1999 to 2012, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate. In addition to their formal education, Kristina Horváth has obtained several certifications. Kristina received a Product Management certification from Product Focus in October 2022. In October 2020, they obtained a Revenue Management Certificate from eCornell. In March 2019, they completed a certification in Revenue Management from Kempinski Hotels. Furthermore, Kristina Horváth achieved a Department Trainer certification from Kempinski Hotels in February 2019. Lastly, they obtained a certification in Distribution and eCommerce from Kempinski Hotels in October 2018.
