Gardner G Courson - Trial & Assessment Counsel

Gardner G Courson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. As the Managing Director and Founder of Precision Litigation, LLC since March 2014, Gardner has focused on designing and patenting software to enhance the efficiency of litigation counsel through Strategic Case Assessment, particularly for complex cases. In addition to this role, Gardner has been Of Counsel at Taylor English Duma LLP since 2011 and serves on the Board of Directors for Bridgeway Software, contributing to applied technology strategies in litigation. Previous roles include Special Litigation Counsel for both the Romney and McCain campaigns, Vice President and General Counsel at Tyco Fire & Security, and Office Managing Partner at McGuireWoods. Gardner holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
