Mason Solf

Mason Solf currently serves as a Pest Control Advisor at Grimmway Farms since July 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Ranch Assistant at Mission Produce Inc. from September 2019 to October 2021, where Mason managed irrigation operations and maintained ranch health. Mason also interned in the Agronomy Division at Grimmway Farms from June 2018 to September 2021, acquiring skills in pest scouting, soil moisture management, and chemical trial evaluations. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2022.
