Emma Carter

Director Customer Experience at Taylor & Hart

Emma Carter has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Emma worked as a Catering Assistant at Pure Innovations Ltd from 2007 to 2013. In 2009, they became a Child Care Assistant at Stockport Grammar School until 2013. Emma then joined JAGS International as a Procurement Manager from 2013 to 2015. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Operations Assistant at Glamorous Travel Ltd. Currently, Emma is employed at Taylor & Hart, where they started in 2013 as a Diamond & Design Consultant. Emma was promoted to Head Of Customer Experience in October 2019 and is still in that role.

Emma Carter attended Stockport Grammar School from 1994 to 2009. Emma obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they completed a Chinese Language Course focused on Mandarin at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2010 to 2011.
