Bradley Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market intelligence and strategy within the real estate industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Market Intelligence and Strategy at Taylor Morrison since February 2023, Bradley previously held the position of Market Intelligence Manager at PulteGroup and Senior Land Acquisition Analyst at Tri Pointe Homes. Bradley’s expertise includes developing land acquisition strategies, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, and managing administrative responsibilities related to land deals. Additionally, Bradley has experience in asset management and underwriting, having worked at Covington Group, Inc., and has held various roles during academic pursuits, including leadership positions at Texas A&M University. Bradley holds a Master’s degree in Land and Property Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the same institution.
