Kent Metcalf

Kent Metcalf currently serves as the VP of Land Acquisition at Taylor Morrison since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kent held various positions at The Holt Group from February 2016 to July 2022, including Director of Land Acquisition, Acquisition Coordinator, and Financial Analyst. Earlier career endeavors included co-owning VIP PDX from December 2011 to April 2015 and co-founding Double Decker PDX from January 2010 to April 2015. Kent Metcalf earned a degree in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Oregon, where studies took place from 2005 to 2009.
