Lucas Morris

Lucas Morris has a strong background in purchasing and procurement. Lucas started their career in 2004 as a Purchasing Agent for Pulte Homes, where they implemented financial control tasks to lower costs and managed to grow the trade base substantially. In 2009, they joined KB Home, initially as a Senior Purchasing Agent and later as a Purchasing Manager. Lucas then moved to AV Homes, Inc in 2013, where they worked as the Director of Purchasing for a period of 9 months. In 2014, Lucas joined AV Homes as the VP of Purchasing, and in 2018, they transitioned to Taylor Morrison, where they currently hold the position of VP of Purchasing.

Lucas Morris completed their Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management at the University of Florida from 2000 to 2004. Lucas later pursued an MBA at the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration from 2007 to 2010.
