Paul Schmit

Paul Schmit is an experienced construction and purchasing professional with a robust career spanning over three decades in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Purchasing at Taylor Morrison since August 2016, Paul has held significant roles at various companies, including Director of Construction Operations at Meritus Homes and Area Vice President of Purchasing at Del Webb / Pulte Homes. Other notable positions include Vice President of Purchasing and Project Superintendent at Del Webb / Pulte Homes, along with roles at Cambridge Homes and Pulte Homes in customer care and project management.
