Tobias Herweijer

Tobias Herweijer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Legal and Compliance sectors. Currently serving as Director for Benelux at Taylor Root since June 2019, Tobias is responsible for leading and expanding the company's offerings in this region. Prior to this role, Tobias held positions as Associate Director overseeing Legal & Compliance Recruitment across the DACH, Benelux, and Nordics, as well as specifically for the Benelux region. Tobias's career began at SRK Rechtsbijstand, providing legal advice, and included a consultancy role at Brunel, where responsibilities involved recruitment and client management for legal professionals. Educational qualifications include both a Master's and Bachelor’s degree in Law from Leiden University, complemented by international exposure through studies in Spain.
