Gaurav Desai, CSCP, LSSBB, serves as the Plant Manager at Taylor Valve Technology since December 2009, overseeing profit and loss management, ERP implementation, and process improvements in production. With previous experience as Production Manager and Process Engineer at the same company, Gaurav has successfully managed ETO projects, developed overseas vendors, and enhanced operational efficiency. Gaurav holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with a Mechanical Engineering diploma. Gaurav is also a certified Supply Chain Professional through APICS.
