Timothy Lightfoot

Timothy Lightfoot is an experienced construction management professional, currently serving as the Managing Director for the West Midlands at Taylor Wimpey plc since February 2020. Previously, Timothy held the position of Construction Director at McCarthy and Stone from January 2013 to February 2020 and at Chase Midland from October 2006 to August 2008. Additionally, Timothy worked as a Contract Manager at KingsOak from November 1999 to September 2006. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1995.
