Carla Fiden

Carla Fiden has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Carla began their career at DTM/Flextronics as an Engineering Coordinator in 1998. Carla then moved on to Broadwing Communications, where they worked as a Business Alliance Program Coordinator from 1999 to 2001. Carla then joined NewPage Corp and held several positions, including Account Representative, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, and Director of Customer Service, from 2002 to 2010. After that, they worked at Standard Register as the Director of Client Services and later as the Director of Business Development Center from 2011 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at Taylor Corporation, where they have held positions such as Vice President of Demand Generation, Integration Officer, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, and currently serves as the President of Taylor Technology & Business Services since December 2019.

Carla Fiden attended Lexington High School from 1990 to 1994. Carla then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at Miami University from 1994 to 1998. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in Center of Leadership and Executive Development from the University of Dayton.
