Orla Hughes

Orla Hughes is currently a Future Trainee Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, having joined in July 2023, and has also participated in a vacation scheme with the firm. Orla serves as a Legal Assistant in the Clinical Negligence Department at Taylor Emmet Solicitors since December 2022 and has previously held roles there as a Summer Intern. In addition, Orla has been a Partnerships Coordinator at in2_law since August 2021 and was a Campus Ambassador for Milbank LLP from October 2022 to September 2023, alongside participating in a vacation scheme with the firm. Early work experience includes positions at True North Brew Co., Silverdale School, and The Grind Cafe Kelham Island. Orla is currently pursuing an LLM in Legal Practice at BPP Law School, expected to complete in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge. Education credentials also include attending Silverdale School and Notre Dame High School in Sheffield.
