Michael Sim BSc CSci FIFST is an accomplished Technical Consultant with extensive experience in the food industry, having held various roles across multiple companies since 2019. Recent positions include Technical Consultant at Taylors Snacks, Mackie's of Scotland, Graham's The Family Dairy, and Noble Foods Ltd. Previously, Michael served as Interim Technical Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group and held the role of Head of Technical at Joseph Robertson Ltd, along with several consultancy positions at other food organizations. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Robert Gordon University between 1986 and 1989.
