Janaronson Nagarajah

Janaronson Nagarajah has a diverse work experience in various roles. Janaronson started their career as a Part-Time Research Assistant at Monash University Malaysia in December 2005 and worked there until March 2006. Janaronson then joined Sony Supply Chain Solutions Malaysia as a Procurement Officer in April 2006, where they were responsible for purchasing and monitoring the delivery of parts for LCD television manufacturing. Janaronson worked in this role until May 2008. From June 2008 onwards, Janaronson joined Taylor's University as the Director of Student Development. In this position, they provided authentic leadership and focused on life skills development, sports and recreations, and student organizations. Janaronson aimed to create a quality student experience and facilitate the holistic development of students' interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

Janaronson Nagarajah earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Management from Monash University in Malaysia, from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Train The Trainer from HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund in June 2015, Certificate Examination In Investment Linked Life Insurance (CEILLI) from The Malaysian Insurance Institute in 2014, Certificate of Professional Leadership Development from LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) in 2010, and Executive Certificate in Event Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas - Singapore in collaboration with Taylor's College, School of Hospitality and Tourism in 2009.
