Astrid Arias

Astrid Arias is a senior controller at Taylor. Prior to their current position, they served as a controller at Centric Digital from February 2017 to November 2019. Arias has also held the position of controller, Americas at Sheffield Haworth from April 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for preparing monthly management reports of the company financials, monitoring cash flow, and providing comprehensive appraisals of potential individual/team acquisitions. Arias also oversaw the preparation of the annual operating budget and prepared full variance/KPI reporting and commentary on monthly and quarterly financial statements. In addition, they were responsible for federal, state and local tax return preparation and coordinated materials for the Group’s auditor.

Astrid Arias has a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York-Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Communications. Astrid also has an Associate in Applied Science in Computerized Accounting Systems from Technical Career Institutes College of Technology, with a major in Accounting.
