Craig Cugno

Craig Cugno has a diverse work experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Craig began their career as a Ticket Sales Representative at the New Britain Rock Cats Baseball Club in 2012, where they specialized in group sales and managed the Youth and Amateur Baseball Program. In 2013, they joined the Hartford Wolf Pack Hockey Club as an Account Executive, responsible for selling and servicing season and partial plan ticket holders. During their time there, they also coordinated the Youth and Amateur Hockey Program. In 2015, Cugno joined the University of Rhode Island as the Director of Ticket Sales, overseeing the entire sales department and managing ticket representatives for men's and women's basketball, football, and family shows. Craig'smost recent role was with Taymar Sales U., starting in 2020 as the General Manager of Ticket Sales at the University of Connecticut. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & General Manager, Ticket Sales, offering their expertise in managing and driving ticket sales at the university.
